IPHONE4 MAC SYNC ISSUE
So what happens when your iOS device stops showing up as a device on your mac?
Well you do the normal stuff. Google it. Land on the apple support troubleshooting guide and then despair because none of the suggestions work.
Really? turn it off on and on again?
Right. Back to google. It turns out that I installed Xcode recently and hey guess what...that was the problem. I downloaded and installed the iPhone Configuration Utility and everything is back to the way it used to be.
